Light nights

It's a beautiful sky out there right now (blip taken at 22.30). What the photo doesn't show is that it's still light enough that the street lights haven't come on yet, and seeing they go off at 23:00 they probably won't come on at all (or if they do it'll be for a few minutes!). I've been here 7 summers now and I'm still not used to the huge swing between winter and summer. I love both though and could happily live above the arctic circle with the real extremes.
