Inflatable Frenzy

The kids out on their own in the inflatable. A fast and furious toy on a nice day. Round to Cathedral Cove for a dive and snorkel experience and some "hunter gathering" which resulted in not the huge crayfish we were hoping for by the men, but kina by the 10 year old. These are completely round spiney creatures which live on the sea floor. They can be eaten if you have a cast iron stomach and like fermented mayonaise infiltrated with salt tastes! needless to say not popular feast food around here. Good for breaking open to feed the fish though. We are lucky to have a marine reserve off our point so we will go tomorrow and do some fish spotting.
Got to go, have only limited broadband on a remote access which is wonderful but very expensive.
