Unfinished Business?

Out for a walk between the showers today, and we came across this graffiti under a railway bridge close to home. Can't help thinking the artist left before finishing the work?

The rail line above is the one between Leamington, Banbury and Marylebone, it makes a good wildlife corridor into the part of the town where we live.
