Gluten free cookies

Relaxing at home today so we made some gluten free cookies as a bit of a treat. They weren't that amazing, but very easy to make. I can't believe how much variety there is now for gluten free - its got so much better just in the 4.5 years since I've been diagnosed with coeliac disease, and it's improving all the time. Nice to be able to do some easy baking!
