Rainy day crafts

It's was chucking it down this morning. Pouring and pouring. It was dark and cold. It felt like winter again.

Whilst Mr J had a lie in (till 10 o'clock!) me and the kids got cracking on our rainy day craft activity. A lady bird sun catcher. P really enjoyed the gluing and sticking and was concentrating really hard to get the bits in the right places. I'm quite pleased with the end result. It looks pretty in the playroom window.

Once the weather had dried up a bit, we headed out to the shops. Spent far too much money and came home for a yummy tea of lasagne. Just in time for the heavens to open again.
