Girls cooling in the water

We had belated Emma's name day party at Pappilanniemi in Pirkkala with grandparents, aunts, uncles ans cousins. We made crepes. This has been a hot day and it was lovely to sit in the shadows of the forest and feel the fresh freeze from Pyhäjärvi lake. Emma and all her's cool girl cousins are posing in the picture.

Last year we had Emma's name day festivities at the same spot, then it was warm too.

Our house is getting hotter and hotter, especially our bedrooms upstairs... but I don't complain. I love summer. :)
