Pheasant

Montrose Music Festival today and tomorrow, so the town is full of people enjoying themselves - me included later this evening! Very busy this morning attending a Webnair conference 'til mid-day. Then the chap came to collect the tele I had put on Freecycle. The BirdCam has run out of power so I had to go down to Tescos to get some more batteries - had the car roof down it was so hot and even sunny! Visited Montrose Basin at the same time and got some super shots of the Heron but Mr Pheasant won on account of his spreadout wings as he was about to take off. Had a look at the Loch of Lowes Webcam earlier - still no signs of the chicks yet.
