Interactive Eaton Mess

We are going out with friends tonight for a good old curry. We usually have dessert here afterwards with an extra drink or two!

These are the meringues for our interactive eaton mess tonight!

Being interactive makes them extra posh!! We discovered this when I recently had an 'interactive hot chocolate ' in a gastro pub in Knutsford! You get all the components and assemble yourself! The fact that you are doing all the work seems to make it more expensive, thus more posh!!

So posh eaton mess it is!! They can make the mess themselves!! ;-)
