Out and About

It wasn't much, but I finally got out and did something this Saturday.

For the last few weeks I've been going stir-crazy. Because of money and my new crazy work schedule I've been staying in on the weekends. Since I've moved to Japan, that's just not me. This last week I was so bored and getting pissed at myself, so I knew I had to actually do something, see some friends, this weekend.

Saturday, work to start the day, then met my friend (pictured). First he helped me get supplies to start developing film at home, then he took me to a good restaurant that his friend runs. That guy was crazy fun, and I can't wait to go back there and hang out with him again. Good food doesn't hurt either. Then we just had a conbini beer at the park before heading home. Took a new street home and found a good Mexican place. Double win.

Tomorrow, another day with friends. While my wallet is hurting, it feels so good to be out and about again, catching up with my friends.
