Breakfast

This lady sells wraps early in the morning. I rarely buy them from her but when her husband is on duty and making them, I always do. She has a runny batter that she spreads on a thick iron plate and whirls it around with a spatula and then cracks an egg over it and spreads the egg out. The whole thing is then flipped until it's cooked through. Once it's cooked, she throws on some baked bread and a sausage and a bit of sauce.. They have different types of sauce.. I asked her for a little of the spicy sauce once and she did put a little on.. It nearly killed me.
