Copper Box Arena: Reflections within reflections

I visited the newly-opened Olympic Park today in Stratford. My friend and I nearly gave up when we were directed (via official signs) incorrectly. Must have walked a couple of miles before we were shown the entrance by a yellow- jacketed man called Dave who told us he was there when the first cabin was placed on the land which was to become London's Olympic Park! It is early days for the Park as only opened in April; of particular interest to us were the Aquatics Centre and the Lee Valley Velopark (where cyclists were training), inside of which we were allowed to wander.
