That's what the helmsman shouts to the rowers but that did not work out so well when the waves created by the ferry struck them...
The oars should be pulled all in rhytm,that's what the helmsman shouts.
They are in training for the HT (Harlingen-Terschelling) race next week.

We are on our way again to the island of Terschelling.
First time for our "new" dog Amy but she's doing extremely well!
