The Bank Of Not You Or Me, London

Day 140 of 365. Another day and another bank branch closure. This was my nearest where I work in London, but it's gone the way of so many others. I think banks just want to force us online and close as many branches as they can. Also, I've found the service in branches poorer and poorer - often understaffed at the busy periods or with staff who don't seem to know what they're doing - probably because they haven't been given the proper training. I think a lot of banks have such bad reputations and treat a lot of customers with contempt or indifference.
