Pretty purply flowers in the sunshine ...

Just a few minutes early for my acupuncture appointment in sunny Preston today .. these blossoms made me smile. No bumble bees at 5pm but they usually love it (in my back yard anyway) ... What are they called - gardening innocent!!!

Been out of the office today at a really inspiring training session about self awareness and making changes in how you look at the world/work/yourself ... and what that awareness can mean. Onwards and upwards .... have a great weekend.
