Hands!

When I phoned the Infirmary to find out how The Mother's operation had gone I was told she was doing so well with the heparin pump that an op to remove a blood clot wasn't needed. That was a relief!

I was pleased #2 Daughter's boss had given her compassionate leave to come down to see her grannie. We picked her up from the train at Carlisle on our way to the hospital.

Here is The Mother, delighted to see kakkatkat. Her hand has more or less returned to its normal colour and the pain in her arm has lessened.

The evening was spent mounting some B & W prints.
