waiting in the ToysRus returns queue. What a fiasco- that bloke is upset because there are no replacement peppapig laptops. The lady serving him is optimistic the malfunction can be fixed with new batteries despite it being clearly obvious to anyone with a modicum of intelligence that that couldn't possibly be the case. Mr Nut and Mr Champion are queue over the road in Tesco's to get the nuts birthday pressie, ironically they are stuck behind someone who wants to buy a laptop that isn't in stock, and can't grasp why they can't buy it.

thus I deduce laptops are the cause of all queues.

And I shall not be shopping at said improperly spelt store again soon.
