Consolation

For having to drive like a maniac responsible citizen, leaving work at 9.00 and making it to the polling station with seven minutes to go. As I raced drove at the speed limit on the M9 there was a fabulous sunset ahead, I would have loved to have veered off and got the Kelpies with the red and golden clouds behind.
However I feel very strongly about having the right to vote.

So please take my other offences into account; working late, driving when distracted by a glorious sunset and ranting to the janitor about the poor turn out and lack of presence of any party representatives - a dinner of toast and leftover profiteroles is the least of my crimes.
