Day 164

Another tired day. Slept on and off all morning. Felt quite low and not with it.

Cheered up a lot seeing Lizzie. Began to get pangs of fear when GP appointment drew near.

Was very nervous waiting but the appointment itself was fine. I'm increasing the lithium.

I got a bit scared about the night ahead but chose to focus on tidying my room. I worried that this made me well but I've been there before and then had bad times.

I struggled to focus/get my brain to engage after that.
