Lots of things going on in this image. It looks like the mannequin is holding a car with her right hand, and pushing the cyclist with her left.

I went in to town this morning to get some street and building shots. I took some photos of an historic building. Whilst doing this, I noticed a person in the upstairs window, but thought nothing more of it until I got home and noticed this.

Yes, we have them here too, unfortunately.
