Today was a sunny day and only -6 C so I headed to the Munkkiniemi beach was hoping to see more lovely ice surfers. However, I forgot totally that the ice surfers need some wind and it was not windy at all.

Some brave men were there on the ice and trying to catch some fish.
They screwed a hole through the thick ice and then use a short pole for ice fishing.
I also met a man who made 3 holes and was going to pull a net under the ice.
Hope they all were lucky and got some fish from the freezing sea.
