A flower for Europe

Found in Rodney Gardens, shortly after voting in the EU election.

I know it is a duty to vote, and I did, but it wasn't with much enthusiasm. The list system doesn't encourage most of their parties to present their candidates as individuals, and they don't even attempt to present specific policies that relate to the European Parliament.
