European Elections

Only three parties seem to have taken the trouble to set up their election boards...and the Tories have put up a double poster. Will this increase their vote I wonder? Notice also how busy the street is with voters rushing to exercise their franchise.
We have to wait until Sunday for the result...why does it take so long to count what is likely to be a very small number of ballot papers?
