Running repairs

Didn't sleep well last night and as a result over slept this morning so no gym session.
Finished work and decided to have a go at trying to repair my bike. It has been in the wars recently and the derailed isn't working quite right. With the races fast approaching I won't get time to put it in for a service before hand.
Think I have fixed / improved it. Will have to go out for a ride over the weekend to try it.
Lazy night tonight. Will try to sort out which bits I need to buy for the underwater camera and get them ordered. Not long till we go away and we would like to use the holiday to play around with it.

Only one day to go before the boys turn up. Looking forward to the weekend.
