Blast Off

I have so many beautiful pictures from this day it was so hard to choose. I went down to an island called Tanegashima, part of Kagoshima prefecture. This first day, my friend took me around the island- we went to the southern most tip, visited a waterfall and some awesome caves, and went to the space center, where most of Japan's rocket launches take place. The museum was cool but a little outdated. The grounds around the museum were beautiful. Unfortunately, the next launch is to occur a week after I was here, so I don't get to see it.
