Bad blippin' news

As I was messing around with my camera taking pictures of the newly installed carport fan I noticed some spots on the image. Turns out I have two tiny scratches on my lens... :-(

I have no idea how long they have been there, and I don't think they distort my images usually. The camera in question is Cannon G12, so the lens does not detach. I would have to send out my whole camera, but is it even fixable???
