Some 46 years after its release on the album Spirit, this track is causing some controversy. The estate of Spirit now contends that the intro was plagiarized by Led Zeppelin for the intro to Stairway To Heaven. Taurus featured in Spirit's stage act when they shared some dates in America with Led Zeppelin.
