The L-field

The field is what we call 'the L field' (because it has an L shape). It's the field that I cross by bike on my way to the field sites, but since we have cell phones this year, we also have taken the habit of making phone calls here (it's the only area with reliable cell reception). Not a bad spot at all, except of the many ticks that are currently around: a phone call is not without danger!
