new growth

This plant is one that I bought when we first moved to New York. I really thought I had killed it (which happens with me and plants) but it has been a strong little fella. All of his leaves fell off as soon as I watered him the first couple of times...I figured I drowned the poor guy, but slowly, with much patience on my part he came back to life. Its been exciting to see little sprouts here and there. I'm glad I didn't give up too quickly and through him out. Hopefully he sticks out this journey with us.
