Waiting

in the mobile endoscopy unit for routine procedure - it occurred to me that I might not get another opportunity to snatch a blip. My fellow patient bemusedly agreed to my request. This is with the sun behind us casting our shadow onto the wall opposite.

Took most of the day - hanging about in between what was being done and then recovering from the anaesthetic, but all OK if a little groggy.

And then listening to the news tonight of the families waiting for news of loved ones from the sailing tragedy, put my day of waiting into perspective. My heart goes out to them :-/
