Fallen Down Sky

Had a little potter around Coppice Pond this afternoon - on the way back from B&Q - pensioners discount day - it was surprisingly quiet given the weather.

Seeing the clouds reflected in the water made me think of the story of Chicken Licken - who thought the sky was falling down - and decided to visit the king to tell him - accompanied by friends - Henny Penny and Turkey Lurkey amongst them. They even had time to outwit Foxy Loxy on the way
