Street market

i took an early morning stroll to the λαϊκή (la- i -KI) [= street market] this morning - some of the stall holders were setting up their shop at that moment, so it was a good time to stroll around without too many other customers around

greek street markets are very famous for their cheap fresh produce, but they also sell other goods very cheaply

there, you can find very cheap clothing most items are second hand, which are generally sold by travelling people (Roma)

i sometimes find items that fit me, priced as low as €1 to a maximum of €3 - and these same items make fabulous additions to fabric collections for crafters (like myself)
