A Damp Morning

I left early this morning to visit my parents, starting out with a fairly heavy fog which quickly lifted. With all of the rain that we have had, the low areas are very full of water. This was a typical view of the area I drove through. I thought this looked especially peaceful with the cows grazing on the hillside.

My parents are updating their bathroom and it was my job to remove a wallpaper border. So after a cup of coffee we made fairly quick work of getting that finished. After lunch we planted some flowers outside and then had coffee again before I headed for home. Beautiful summer day for a drive.
