What do you think of me with my sparkly ruby-red gorget? Pretty flashy, right? I'm small but mighty, ya know! Pugnacious is a good word to describe me. The blipper was excited when I showed up at the Bird Bistro today.

It's true. I was excited when he appeared at the bistro this morning. Then later this afternoon I saw a young buck in the park with his mouthful of green leaves. Take a look if you can. He made me smile as he munched on a huge bite of leaves. Look closely, and you can see the little nubs that will eventually grow into his regal antlers.
