Frustrating

Had a frustrating day waiting in for an important delivery between 8am and 6pm (excluding nursery drop off and pick up times as agreed with company) only for it not to arrive!! Aargh.

Then tried phoning to complain but gave up after waiting in a phone queue for 10 minutes.

Stinker of complaint email duly sent off.

In other news, Mack can now climb onto Kerr's top bunk. Not good, as he has no clue that he is actually up very high and he spins around up there whooping with excitement. Kerr's bedroom door is now being kept shut at all times. Mack can't yet open the door himself but I'm sure it won't be long before he susses it out.
