The haar was worse today and never lifted so I did some experimenting with photos of the flowers with a shallow dof.
Mt first thought was the Centaura petals, though I had more luck with the centres, but then I tried the Aquilegia Formosa and got 3/4 good pics of the details, this is the best.
My legs have been fine today - must be getting used to this running lark!
