Inspiration

Today's dinner was brought to you courtesy of Masterchef. Inspired to make something we haven't had before here are some Arancini mid-cooking. And very delicious they were too. And very easy. And loved by everyone so they will certainly be making a repeat appearance. We made mozzarella and plain ones but I should imagine the ragu ones are pretty fabulous too.

Due to Anna's continued coughing we all had a terrible night's sleep so I had low expectations of inspiration striking during the rest of the day but work went surprisingly well and I got done the big thing I needed to which means I won't need to work tonight which is a big hurrah. Not least because I am loving The Circle, by Dave Eggars and would much rather curl up with that.
