Bee on Cotoneaster

Good feeling today, right arm in the sling still , but found a way of holding my D300, macro lens and flash with diffuser in my LEFT hand, by strapping the neckstrap round my bicep.

Managed to spend half an hour chasing bees in the garden before the left arm felt like giving up completely!
