Cheese, Sage and Onion Bread
The sage plant is positively bursting with rude health, so it's a good opportunity to make this bread. It's one of my favourites, being very quick to throw together. It's more of a scone than a bread, as it just uses self-raising flour and doesn't require any yeast or rising and proving. But it's very tasty, and usually goes down a treat at shared lunches.
