Bormio

First day in the mountains. It was much cooler here when we arrived yesterday. Warm jackets were a must and we had arrived prepared.

This is the view from our room. This is an "Agrotourismo" on the ourtkirts of Bormio, though within walking distance of the town centre. Snow in the hills but no longer on the lower ski slopes which are visible from the hotel (or farm).

Definitely a working farm, and I made friends with one of the cows yesterday. Thankfully she did not appear on the menu in the evening.
