Carvings

There are many fantastic wooden carvings about our church - this one sits on one of the pew ends. I often think about the skill and craftsmanship that built our very old (750 years in 2009) church, obviously some very talented people were invovled.

Then I look around at some of the beautiful flower displays that decorate the window cills and I'm struck by their beauty.

Its good to know that we all have different skills and talents....now if only I could find mine!
