Stars and Stripes

When I went to the post office prior to our departure to get some dollars the woman at the counter asked me if I was going shopping. Today is the allotted day for shopping, or rather gazing at the fantastic window displays and then going to D&H - the most fantastic electronic and photographic shop. It could only happen in New York. 400 workers on the shop floor. A real experience of what might normally be on-line one, with production lines of goods going from one section to another. Thank goodness I didn't have to buy shoes.
