Chalk

This is Sam and Gaby (and Emma's hand throwing a chalk ball at Gaby's face), I've missed them lots.

A jokey comment on facebook turned into a very short notice trip down to Bolton to see everybody for one last time before they graduated and turned into proper grown ups. About five minutes after arriving in Manchester I got a text from Gaby inviting me to go climbing with her, Sam and Emma. Initially I declined because of a combination of having blisters on my foot, only having skinny jeans to wear and a general lack of upper body strength, but after wandering around Manc for a while I went and joined them and quickly got roped into giving it a go, and it was great fun. Definitely going to look into doing it back home, especially when Sam will be living close by.

After that we went up to Bolton and I went and met Andy, my favourite dickhead of all. We got ready and headed up to Spoons to meet Joe for dinner, before perching at a big round table and started drinking as people started turning up. It was cool to see everybody from biology again, and Ainsleah was there too who I haven't spoken to in ages so it was great to have a chance to catch up with her. We've resolved to stay in touch this time.

Many alcoholic orangeades later we head back to Andy's, before finally crashing out at two in the morning. Awesome night.
