Emergency blip!

These little flowers caught my eye on the rocks by the beach (if anyone knows what they are I'd love to know) but when I pulled out my camera to take a photo I discovered I'd forgotten to put the memory card in it, doh! So I had to take this using my phone.
I finally dragged myself to the leisure centre and signed up for an exercise class. It was a good class, nice & friendly, but I think I'm going to hurt tomorrow!
