and relax.
I shuffled and twisted up to the osteopath this morning and after much gentle realigning and tweaking I was able to stand upright and walk in a straight line. Wayhey! She said not to go to work for a couple of days to let things settle down.
So I've had a day of forced relaxation which is very unusual and difficult for me. But even when I have to do nothing I still give myself too much to do: lie on the bed and listen to the world outside with the cat sleeping on my chest, read, do laundry-NO-too late, get on with my story, catch up on last nights missed sleep, promenade around our tiny garden and relax. And get better.
But on NO account must the telly go on. It is the beginning of the end to put daytime tv on; the Devil will show himself not to be a character in a big story and will drag us all docilely (thats not a word) into eternal damnation.
Tomorrow I will give myself less to do, so assisting my recovery and getting to work and being busy and earning money.
