Very hippy day at Salisbury Centre with my sister-in-law being a lighthouse and being taken through mindfulness - not really sure what I thought of it to be honest, but we had a good laugh and its always a joy to spend time with her.

So set out my goals for 2010 - very amusing:

Swim like a dolphin (not with them)
Probably continue with the 'no wine in 2009' (even though it doesn't rhyme with 2010)
Look after woofy (as best I can)

Its not an ambitious list - but it will keep me happy!
