Water meter

We've had a broken water meter for nearly 2 years now. After securing a police abstract (don't ask) which confirms the meter is not working we proceeded to go to the city council and fill forms and waited. And waited. Then we weer told the forms were lost. ... Then they were found. Finally it was fixed.

This plant has thrived next to the water meter...hope it likes the new one!

Luckily we have been paying our estimated water bill all this time. ..
