An impromptu trip..

..to Fawsley Hall. And what a place we picked! Original plans for a night in Manchester fell through, so we decided to take advantage of our free weekend and escape to a bit of luxury.

What a beautiful place. The pictures don't really do it justice. I know everywhere looks so much nicer when the sun is shining, but Northampton really is an underrated county in terms of landscape and gorgeous little villages full of flowers and thatched cottages.

Fawsley hall itself is very grand. Expensive, but beautiful place and the spa was perfect for the place. Massive outdoor hottub, and loads of sun loungers in a pretty and private garden area.. Lush, especially in bikini weather!
