Back on the Bike
I got so sick of sitting in my garage on the training bike, I ended up not doing the time I should be to build up my leg muscles again.
So today I hit the lakeside track on my bike. I went ok but I need to be careful of dogs and drains and when I pull up to a stop that the leg goes down gently.
I felt like I had a new sense of freedom. Even better you don't limp on a bike so I looked like every other multi-sport athlete out there.
