Forties Faviurites

This evening my hubby and 8 of our family went to see the local Woodborough Players in a production called Forties Favourites, our Grandaughter Emily is the one second from the right. It was a brilliant show, we really enjoyed it especially joining in with singing the old time songs. Some acts were so funny, I have'nt laughed so much for a long time. At the interval we were all served fish and chips followed by tinned peaches and evaporated milk, typical of what we would have ate in the forties. My youngest Grandchildren did not know what evap milk was. A fantastic night enjoyed by all.
