Another PB!

I did the Great Manchester Run today, and got another PB - 54 minutes and 24 seconds. I was pretty pleased with that.

After a brief garden picnic and a shower I went straight out campaigning post-run, so my legs are very, very sore now.

It's worth it though, and I did enjoy the break we took for ice creams and the fair.
